Classification system

The previous system of rights is being revised and re-organized to refer to themes according to the list below. Please note that not all the recommendations have been linked to these new categories initially. They will be applied initially to new documents being added to the system. From October 2016 onwards a series of updates will be applied to the database to gradually populate the new categories with older recommendations and also try to match some other recommendations more accurately with the new system.
